My Name is Marcus Fulker.
I built and ran my own contracting business for 24 years, scaled it to 20 staff, and sold it. Now, I want to help other small business owners install the exact operational board and the systems needed so their business runs smoother and ideally without them!
I read all the books, went to all the courses, had all the business coaches, but still had ever growing lists of things to do and fix. I was going in circles and drowning under growing pains and staffing issues.
That was until I found a system that I now want to teach others to gain their small business freedom.
Having sold my business in 2024, I dabbled in some new learning at TAFE and Uni, fully renovated a whole run down cottage and did some soul searching. I needed to rediscover some purpose, as just having lots of time and enough money to not need to work isn't actually enough. I realised that I am still very passionate about business and the thought of helping other business owners grow a great business is compelling.
I fully believe that bigger isn’t better, better is better. So no matter your current size, I know I can help you fast track where you want to go.
